Calls that are not concerning patient care will be supported between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. ET,  Saturday and Sunday. Voicemails received outside of these hours will be returned the next day.
