Chante Edwards, Nursing Assistant, Kindred Hospital Northland

Chante Edwards, CNA, treats her patients at Kindred Hospital Northland like they are her own family members. She performs the typical tasks of a nursing assistant – such as taking patients’ vitals, feeding and bathing them, and turning them in bed – with a singular focus on making their care as comfortable as possible. She takes the extra time needed to make her patients feel safe and looked after, the first step in helping them reach their highest level of recovery.

On October 3, 2024, ScionHealth recognized Chante as a 2024 Monarch Caring and Community Award recipient for her role in providing extraordinary care to her patients and critical support to her team members. The award is our company’s highest honor, designed to showcase the truly exceptional caregivers amongst our 92 community hospitals and specialty hospitals across the country.
